Lisähinnat:
Loppusiivous €95 ja liinavaatteet €14,00/henkilö lisätään loppuhintaan. Liinavaatetarve ja henkilöluku on ilmoitettava varauksen yhteydessä. Max 10 henkilöä + vauvansänky.
Talletusmaksu on 20% perusvuokraushinnasta ja se lisätään kokonaisvuokraushintaan. Talletusmaksu toimii myös takuu- ja varausmaksuna, joka hyvitetään takaisin asiakkaalle, kun vuokrakohde on jätetty sopimuksen mukaiseen kuntoon lähtöpäivänä.
Kysykää tarjoustamme, jos haluatte vuokrata useamman kuin yhden huvilan yli 10 hengen tarpeeseenne. Samoin, jos teillä on erikoistarpeita (ohjelmaa, tietoa, ruokailutoiveita tms.). Mielellämme teemme parhaamme näiden tarpeiden/toiveiden toteuttamiseksi!
Cancellation Policy
We require 6 weeks cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival; otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as stated below:(in high season – June, July and August, we need to know 4 weeks in advance if you want to cancel, otherwise we charge the whole fee)
- Cancellation 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival: Your downpayment that you have transferred to confirm the booking, will be charged.
- Cancellation 27 – 7 days before your scheduled arrival: 30% of your total amount will be charged.
- Cancellation 6 days before your scheduled arrival: 50% of your total amount will be charged.
- Cancellation 1 day before your scheduled arrival: 70% of your total amount will be charged.
- No show or cancellation at the same day of your scheduled arrival: 100% of your total amount will be charged.
